Our stay at the House of Light was greatly pleasant, as it has perfectly fulfilled our collective desire to get away from the urban monotony and breathe out in the presence of nature. The stylish, brand-new property was extremely clean when we arrived, with fully stocked amenities and plenty of facilities for entertainment, sport and relaxation. The location is very picturesque and feels remote and calming despite actually being not too far away from various points of interest and activities for day trips (at most a 30-50 min drive). The hostess was very welcoming with all the instructions and advice coming up front, besides all the recommendations we were given for dining and entertainment options in the area. There wasn't anything the venue or the hosts could be blamed for in terms of the downsides of our stay. The Dierona village itself comes with a few considerations, such as the sounds of the community living its life, the all-too-common stray cats running around and the rest of the things you might find in a remote mountain village anywhere in Cyprus. To all future visitors, we recommend taking this into account; however, in our experience, nothing was too out of the ordinary to disturb our time. Highly recommended!

✨We had a really great stay and would definitely come back again. As frequent travelers who have stayed in many different places, we genuinely appreciated how much thought and care went into every detail here - it really shows throughout the entire house. It’s one of those homes where you can arrive with just your essentials, as everything else is already prepared for you. The kitchen and bathrooms are very well equipped, the interior feels warm, cozy, and intentionally designed, not just furnished. It feels like the house is designed so you can arrive and not worry about anything-everything is already prepared, and all that’s left to do is relax and enjoy your time. The veranda is also a great part of the experience - whether you want to relax, cook, or enjoy a meal outside, everything you might need is there, making it very easy to unwind. The location itself is peaceful and scenic, with beautiful mountain views and a charming church nearby that adds to the atmosphere. It’s also pet-friendly, which made a difference for us. Our cat especially loved the staircase and spent a lot of time going up and down. There are plenty of windows, so even without going outside, pets can still enjoy the surroundings. Another thing we really appreciated was how clearly everything was organized from the start. All instructions were carefully described in advance, and both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. Anna is a really great host, who cares about the guests! We spent two wonderful 2 days here. It’s definitely one of our favorite places in Cyprus, and we will surely be back.✨

Very nice apartment with every comfort inside. It's build on the top and gives an amazing view from up to the whole village surrounded from mountains. Really amazing view!!!! Very nice host who is responding immediately.Highly recommended!!! Thank you very much we had an amazing stay and definitely we will come back soon.

Had an amazing stay with a beautiful views of mountains! 🏔️ It was easy to find, even if we arrived in the evening, as Anna gave great details, how to go. ☺️ The house is very clean with elegant style, where you can find everything for your comfort as at home! Kitchen is fully equipped, bed was very comfortable and great bath, if you are into bathing, where you can find also salts, for relaxing your muscles after hiking the village. In the village the people are very friendly and welcoming, we were offered a bag of mandarins from a lady, just passing by. Anna, the host was very welcoming, responding fast and helpful! Overall had a great getaway time, highly recommend and definitely coming back!🙏

Были здесь уже несколько раз и остались в полном восторге - домик все время улучшается. Место атмосферное, ти� ое, с потрясающим видом на деревню и горы. Недалеко можно с� одить на � айкинг или съездить в комплекс Greenland. Огромный плюс - достаточно близко от Лимассола. Именно то, что нужно, чтобы выдо� нуть и перезагрузиться. Рекомендую без оговорок.

This beautiful traditional house, tucked away in a quiet hillside village, feels like a true escape from everything. The village is incredibly peaceful, filled with sunlight, fresh air, and breathtaking views that make you pause and just take it all in. From the moment you step inside, there’s an immediate sense of warmth and comfort. The house has been renovated with so much care, preserving its traditional charm while making it wonderfully cozy. It feels like home instantly. It’s the kind of place where you naturally slow down, disconnect, and reconnect with yourself and nature. It really feels like a little piece of paradise.

Highly recommended! A truly amazing experience — 10/10. The accommodation was spotless, very cozy, and felt quite premium, perfect for a relaxing escape from the city. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need for entertainment and activities (Smart TV, gym equipment, and more), which made the stay even more enjoyable. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The village is friendly and welcoming. Supermarket, bakery, and restaurants only about 10 minutes away. Would definitely stay again! ⭐
